Policies

Weekly rentals are Sunday 3 p.m. through Saturday 5 p.m., except by special arrangement.

No pets or indoor smoking, please.

Cost of calls made from the property's cellular phone will be
deducted from security deposit if they exceed the limit of the calling plan.

Life vests are
provided and are required wear on
boats.

Rate includes linens
(including goose down or synthetic
bedding), kitchenware, use of boats
and other recreational equipment.
Reservation requires $500 advance
deposit. Refundable security
deposit is $200.
